Return Policy

Returns are easy if you follow our return policy.

All items are allowed to be returned for any reason.  You have 30 days after the arrival of your item to request a return, after that returns will NOT be accepted.  Once we receive the item back and inspect it to make sure it is in sellable condition we will process your refund.  Return shipping is to be paid by the customer.  

⪢IMPORTANT: If your purchase was sent with our Free Shipping Deal we will refund you minus the original cost to ship the item.  

A Return Authorization (RA) is required for all returns.

A Return Authorization (RA) is an identifying number that allows us to track your return. A Return Authorization ensures you are properly credited for your return. All returns must have a Return Authorization.

Right of Refusal / Restocking Fee

If a return does not have a Return Authorization or fails to meet Linephono's Return Policy Conditions, Linephono reserves the right to either refuse a return or charge a 15% restocking fee.
